Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Monarch Theory Collective! Store credit for returns will be issued only if the item(s) is returned within 7 days of purchase for in person transactions and 7 days of delivery for online purchases. Store credits will be saved to your online account for future purchases. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, without damage/stains & tags attached.

All accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.) & sale items are final sale. 

Shipping for returns will not be refunded & will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or are missing an item please reach out to megan.monarchtheory@gmail.com within 2 days of purchase or delivery. For damaged items please include a picture of damage and order #. 

To start a return, please contact us at megan.monarchtheory@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
